About Health Under Cover

Health Under Cover began with a simple question: What if every child had access to health information they could actually understand?

During a visit to Indonesia, our founder, Kayla, met children who were very kind, bright, and enthusiastic yet faced daily challenges, including limited access to clean water, sanitation, and health education. Something as simple as learning about nutrition, hygiene, or when to seek medical help was not always available. The experience left a lasting impression and sparked a passion for making health education more accessible to children everywhere.

Today, our mission is to empower children, especially those in underserved communities in North Texas, with the knowledge and confidence to make healthy choices that can improve their lives today and for years to come, with a vision of reaching children worldwide.
